Beacon Lights

Many work steps, the most precise measurements with the highest safety regulations are the requirements for the use of LED signal lamps. At the same time, the spatial requirements are limited and the working environment is usually exposed to dust and water. 
Patlite's LED beacons are more than capable of meeting these requirements, offering a variety of models to monitor workflows, report faults or indicate statuses, depending on the requirements. 
High-quality and environmentally friendly LED technology of the highest quality, guarantees high reliability and a long service life. Depending on the task to be performed by the LED signal lamp, it is available as a monochrome or multicoloured model, optionally with a touch sensor and compatible with any system. 

The various high protection classes (IP65, IP66 and IP67) are suitable for working environments with high humidity, extreme dust exposure or special hygiene requirements. 

SF series
The SF model was developed with the new multi Fresnel lens from PATLITE. This thin, hard lens collects and diffuses light more effectively than conventional lenses.
The maintenance-free design without a motor produces various LED animations. Choose from 22 different light patterns to display different statuses according to your needs.
Whether simulated rotation (rotating mirror), flash light or pulsating effects - the light pattern can be easily configured, by adjusting the rotation switch and the wiring channels.

SK series
The SK model is equipped with a brushless motor that generates less heat and has a longer life than a conventional motor. The steel ball bearings on the underside of the reflector ensure a significantly reduced wear and quiet rotation of the reflector.
This newly developed dual reflector distributes LED light efficiently and thus enables bright and even illumination. The light-emitting surface of the signal lamp ensures maximum visibility and effective visual signals.

SL series
With its newly developed Fresnel lens, the SL model provides all-round uniform luminosity, even from above. This thin, hard lens collects and diffuses light more effectively than conventional lenses. Compared to competitor products, the SL model has a larger, light-emitting surface with more than 5 times the luminous intensity. Choose between continuous light, flashing light and triple flash to display different statuses according to your needs.

NE-24A - NEW
The NE-24A is available as a monochrome model and shines 7 times brighter than its predecessor. The screwless terminal strip allows a quick and easy installation without much technical effort. And with IP65 they are on the safe side even in splash water and dust.

NE-M1A - NEW
With only one signal lamp, 7 colours - no problem with the NE-M1A series. The 88dB Buzzer with two alarm tones also provides additional safety in environments where an acoustic warning is required. Like the monochrome model, the NE-M1A is designed for wet and dusty environments with IP65/IP67 protection (without buzzer). Optionally we offer the Multicolor version with touch sensor.

NE-IL - NEW
The multi-coloured NE-IL complements the other models with its IO-Link interface. This enables real-time status displays of sensors and connected devices with 4 operating modes. For an easy and fast installation you get the NE-IL with a 5-pin M12 connector. For connection to sensors with and without IO-Link you can choose between analog and digital input. With 4 alarm tones at a volume of 88dB, the NE-IL can assert itself in areas where an acoustic warning is required. The protection class IP65 is also given here.

NE-24 (discontinued)
This compact LED flashing light is designed for long service life, easy installation and excellent protection against moisture and dust. Complies with IP65 protection class.

NE-M1-CL7 (discontinued)
The signal lamp is equipped with long-life multicolour LEDs and is compatible with any system. With the high protection classes IP66 and IP67, it is suitable for working environments with high humidity, high dust exposure or high hygiene requirements.
