Panasonic single-phase motors (single-phase asynchronous motors) can be used for fixed speeds in a power range from 6 to 90 watts, e.g. as a brake motor in lift applications. The entire series stands out due to its quiet operation and high efficiency. The rated RPM is 1500 RPM at 50 Hz. The gear motors are suitable for 4-point mounting and are thermally protected or protected from overload.

Three-phase motors
A three-phase motor provide greater torque than a single-phase motor. Our range of three-phase motors (motors with speed control) operates at a power range from 25 to 90 watts, e.g. as a brake motor in lift applications. 230V motors allow for speed control using a speed controller (inverter operation). The 400 V motor models can be operated directly on a three-phase power supply (3-phase mains).

Reversible motors
Reversible motors have an integrated constant friction brake for reducing shut-off delay, even when the rotation direction is changed. A brake disc at the end of the rotor is constantly slowed down with many spring-loaded brake pads. When the motor is currentless, the friction makes it stop faster. As such, a reversible motor from Panasonic is ideal for your quick-reverse and start-stop applications, e.g. for conveyor belts.
